Friday Morning Oil Painting Class 9:30 - 12:00pm

The class is $15 each.  Dropins welcome for $20

Class is limited to 8 students.

These classes are designed for beginners to intermediate level.

List of Supplies

The Basic Pallette Colors are:  I use the brands Rembrandt , Grumbacher, Gamblin or Winsor Newton

Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Yellow Light, Cobalt Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Titanium Zinc White or Permalba White, Ivory Black

You can also add:  Cadmium Red or Grumbacher Red, Rembrandt Transparent Red Oxide, Rembrandt Transparent Yellow Oxide, Viridian

Brushes:  Buy some hog hair bristle and some softer brushes preferably Langnickel.

Assorted sizes of Filberts, Flats sizes 2,4,6,8,10
and a few pointed ones in size 2, 4

Linseed oil or Stand oil

Odorless paint thinner and a container to put it in.  Turpenpoid is good.
Cotton rags and paper towels.

Glass or wood pallette.

An easel

Cotton canvas stretched or on board sizes 11x14 or 12x16
