This painting is new off the easel. It really is my mother's cookbook dated about 1940 entitled, The American Woman's Cook Book by Ruth Berolzheimer. It has great sentimental value to me.  I'm sure there are a great number of family treasured cookbooks out there.

My artwork, Evening Bath, was juried into this show.  Juror of Awards is Don Dernovich NWS, AWS, OPA. Please join me in attending the opening reception and presentation of awards on June 11, at 7-8:30 pm. The exhibit is held at the Ellen Noel Art Museum in Odessa, Texas and will hang  June 6-July 12, 2009.

My painting, Copper with Green Apples, was juried into the Associated Creative Artists' Annual Award Show.  Please join me at the reception Friday, May 8, 2009 from 6-9 pm at the Artists' Showplace located at 15615 Coit Road, Ste. 203 in Dallas, Texas. Juror is Carlene Reeves.

   My painting, The Pocket Watch, was juried into the Salon International 2009. This is a juried exhibition and a project of the International Museum of Contemporary Masters and will be hosted by Greenhouse Gallery of Fine Art in San Antonio, Texas.  The exhibit runs from April 11, 2009 until May 1, 2009.  Open house reception is April 11th from 10am until 5pm.
