This painting is new off the easel. It really is my mother's cookbook dated about 1940 entitled, The American Woman's Cook Book by Ruth Berolzheimer. It has great sentimental value to me.  I'm sure there are a great number of family treasured cookbooks out there.

My artwork, Evening Bath, was juried into this show.  Juror of Awards is Don Dernovich NWS, AWS, OPA. Please join me in attending the opening reception and presentation of awards on June 11, at 7-8:30 pm. The exhibit is held at the Ellen Noel Art Museum in Odessa, Texas and will hang  June 6-July 12, 2009.
